This store goes above and beyond in every way. They have competitive prices plus their famous loyalty program. The store is bright, cheerful and classy, you would never think you were in a dispensary…unlike other dispensaries in the area run by frat boys. My favorite thing about Cannabicity (other than the THC) is the staff. They make the entire experience. They talk to you like you’re a real person, not another sale. The difference in the customer service they provide is huge. I’d like to give a little extra shout out to Jennifer. Every single time she has waited on me, she has been so helpful, so knowledgeable, welcoming and very kind. She treats you like a person, she’s real. As are all the staff! Every single one of them are great. Best customer service anywhere.
